Thank you for shopping with Crunchy Snacks ("we", "our", "us"). We always aim to deliver high-quality products and a satisfying experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements for purchases made through our website https://crunchysnacks.in.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Since we sell food and snack items, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards. Therefore, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product you received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing care@crunchysnacks.in with photos or videos of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or partially consumed snack packs.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Our support team will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.
- After we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (Razorpay, Paytm, UPI, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or UPI as confirmed with you.
4. Replacement Policy
If the item was damaged, incorrect, or expired, we can send a replacement instead of a refund — based on your choice and stock availability.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If cancelled in time, refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your payment provider (Razorpay/Paytm/UPI).
- If the issue persists, email us at care@crunchysnacks.in — we’ll help resolve it quickly.
